What cards are accepted online?
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express donations are accepted through the North Platte Giving website.
Where may checks be dropped off or mailed?
Mail checks to Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation, PO Box 1321, North Platte, NE 69103. You may also drop gifts off at Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation office at 121 North Dewey Street, Suite 112 on the first floor of the downtown NebraskaLand Bank branch building.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
All donations are fully tax-deductible and irrevocable donations to Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, that will disburse donations to the nonprofit organizations specified by donors.
How do I get a receipt for a donation?
Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation will provide an electronic receipt at the time of each online donation via email. The e-mail you receive is a record of donation for income purposes. You may want to print out a copy of your email receipt for your income tax files. If you donate by check, you will receive a thank you and tax receipt later from Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation.
